The company was officially constituted in South Africa in January of 2007. Father and son teamed up to start a construction and development business and so Romicon came into being.

Sean Romburgh - The trailblazer of the family's lineage, Sean's journey paints a portrait of versatility and courage. After traversing the corridors of South African education, he took his first steps into the world of Electrical Engineering. His academic pursuits culminated in the hallowed halls of a university college. But destiny had more in store. For 12 years, he lent his talents to an IT empire, ascending the corporate ladder to seize a senior management role. Yet, his heartstrings were woven with the threads of construction, nurtured by the memories of his youth spent amidst the bustling activity of his father's Eswatini building sites. With a leap of faith, Sean bid adieu to his IT vocation, and in a partnership with his father, he breathed life into his own construction venture, a manifestation of his long-cherished aspiration.
